Torun Plaza

Torun Plaza, a major third generation 43,600 sqm GLA shopping and entertainment center in Northern Poland. The award winning designed building incorporates circa 110 retail units and includes an 8 screen cinema-city multiplex, leisure and entertainment facilities and leading fashion brands such as the Inditex/Zara group brands, TK Maxx, H&M, Reserved, Cropp Town, House, Mohito, NewYorker, C&A, CCC, SportsDirect.com, Jysk and Jola. The mall’s activity stabilized following the Covid-19 pandemic, and an additional 10% of space was added, introducing Jysk and the Jola do-it-yourself store. The bank loan was refinanced and extended, major leases were renewed, and occupancy reached its highest level since opening, at over 99%. Following these achievements, the mall was sold in October 2024 after a seven-year holding period, resulting in a significant return.
