In October 2018 and as part of the 2017 strategic joint-venture with a Global Investment Bank (where Prime acts as Asset Manager and a minority co-investor), the acquisition of Science Park Office complex was completed. Science Park is located in Budapest’s district 11 (south-buda) and is famous for its vibrant office-life. With its 2 buildings the complex has a total lettable area of circa 30 000 sqm. The offices were acquired with circa 78% occupancy with international and local reputable tenants, representing a significant add-value potential through further leasing initiations.
