Suwalki Plaza

Suwalki Plaza, a dominant third generation 20,000 sqm GLA shopping and entertainment center in Northeastern Poland in a city nearby the Lithuanian border.

The center comprised over 60 retail units, creating the only meaningful retail and entertainment destination in the relevant catchment area, attracting domestic and foreign customers. The scheme is offering a comprehensive fashion, leisure and sport component, including H&M, Reserved, Cropp Town, House, New Yorker, Martes Sport, EUR AGD, Cinema Lumier and entertainment club.

Following value-add initiatives, including downsizing the supermarket, rearranging the tenant mix and locations, lengthening lease contracts, and stabilizing the center’s activity post-Covid-19 pandemic, the mall was sold in December 2021 after a five-year holding period, resulting in a significant return.
